At Change Works, our charter is simple:

In every job there are two broad skill sets used:

  1. Technical skills - the stuff you do everyday
  2. Human skills - dealing with people

Change Works focuses on the latter skill set. It is often referred to as the ‘soft skills’, but we all know they are the hardest skills to get right.
